Partizan Belgrade are one of the best teams in Eastern Europe, with a rich history and a huge fan base. But their last league title was back in 16/17 season and since then their archrival Red Star Belgrade took over the league and won three league titles in a row. 

Winning the league title and ending Red Star Belgrade's streak is a primary goal here. Partizan Belgrade have a top-class youth academy, two graduates from their academy were named in the "fifty for the future" selection of UEFA.

HNK Hajduk Split ( Croatia, Prva Liga )

With a top squad like Hajduk Split have, they need to compete for the league title but have not won the league in over 15 years and media prediction for the current team is that their drought will continue. Winning silverware with Bili will be the primary goal if you choose to manage them. 

Their biggest rivals, Dinamo Zagreb, are the biggest team in Croatia, so beating them and asserting dominance in Croatia will be a great achievement. Trying to progress in the European competitions will be essential for increasing the club finances in order to improve the club. 

Trabzonspor ( Turkey, Super Lig )

Despite winning the league six times in the past, Trabzonspor have not won the league in over 30 years. Lifting the Turkish Cup last season was definitely a morale boost for the team and they will be targeting the league title next.

FCSB are considered the second-best team in Romania so domestically there will no problem to dominate after a 5-year spell if you stick to the Football Manager basics. The real challenge with FCSB will be in the continental competitions, the Europa League and the Champions League, the level gap is quite high but with time and the right managerial decisions, you could lead FCSB to glory.
