His time in the Bundesliga has shaped him into a tactically aware, energetic option perfect for gegenpress or counter-based systems. And since Hertha aren't exactly flying, he's reasonably priced and open to a move.

3. Krystian Bielik – D C, DM – Birmingham City – Under £2M
Remember him from his Arsenal days? He's still only 24 and brings solidity to either centre-back or holding mid. Dominant in the air, strong in the tackle, and surprisingly composed on the ball. He's also a leader on the pitch – a bargain with bite.
4. Renato Tapia – DM, D C – Celta Vigo – £2M or less
Tapia is the destroyer you need in midfield. Out of contract in June 2024, meaning you can either snap him up cheap in January or offer a pre-contract deal. He brings La Liga experience, great positioning, and aggression. Perfect for clogging up space in a low block.

5. Kevin Zeroli – MC – AC Milan – £900K
Youth with class. Zeroli isn't getting minutes at Milan, which is your chance to swoop in. He's got the height, passing, and mental attributes to grow into a top-level playmaker. For under a million, he's an ideal pickup for clubs building toward the future.
6. André Anderson – AM C / F C – Lazio – £2M
Creative, technical, and criminally underutilised at Lazio. Anderson can pull the strings from the number 10 role or slot in as a supporting forward. If you need flair and creativity on a budget, this Brazilian magician delivers.

7. Alejandro Zendejas – AM RLC – Club América – £1.5M
Zendejas is a direct, tricky winger with good end product. Can cut inside or go wide, and he's got international experience with Mexico. Playing in Liga MX keeps his wage demands low, and he's a perfect fit for teams needing pace out wide.
8. Marko Pjaca – AM RL – HNK Rijeka – £1M
Once hailed as Croatia's next big thing, Pjaca still has the technical ability and flair to turn games. Injuries have held him back, but in FM24, he's a cut-price creative threat. If your team lacks spark in the final third, this might be your solution.

9. Bruno Petković – ST / AM C – Dinamo Zagreb – €2.5M (Release Clause)

10. Jackson Muleka – ST / AM R – Beşiktaş – £2.5M
A pacy striker with a nose for goal. Muleka has done it in Belgium and Turkey, and at 24, he's entering his prime. If you like playing with a quick advanced forward or poacher, he's your man. Solid acceleration, decent finishing, and affordable.
