In this set of articles, we will be looking at the potential best 100 wonderkids in FM22. Part 5 of 10.

Wonderkids are one of the most important aspects of Football Manager games over the years. The prospect of identifying and managing the "next big thing" in world football is like an addiction to most FM22 managers.

Many of these players are already considered generational talents. They are well known in the footballing circuit, while some others maybe not be as popular but can be just as good in the future. These articles will split the youngsters into batches of 10 and give a brief description of the wonderkid so that managers can keep an eye out for them when FM22 releases.

Continuing from our previous article, we look at the list of the next 10 potential wonderkids in FM22 who could add value to squads.

1. Konstantin Tyukavin

Tyukavin is an 18-year-old Russian striker who plays for Dinamo Moscow in the Russian league. Tyukavin has already made his senior debut for Russia very recently and is rated very highly in Russia. He has established himself as a regular for Dinamo Moscow in the previous season and will feature more in the coming years. His performances in 2021, making his senior debut for Russia, and his overall growth could contribute to his attribute increase in FM22, and he can be one to watch out for.

2. Carlos Vivas

Carlos Vivas is a Venezuelan wonderkid who plays for Deportivo Tachira in the Venezuelan league. Primarily a centre back, Vivas has decent attributes in FM21 and is expected to improve in FM22. With the proper growth, Vivas can be a quality defender in South America and perhaps even clubs outside the continent.

3. Kamaldeen Sulemana

Sulemana is a Ghanian winger who plays for Rennes in Ligue 1. After having a short but successful career with FC Nordsjælland, Sulemana moved to Rennes in a record transfer involving a player from the Danish Superliga. Sulemana was considered as one of the brightest prospects to ever play the Superliga and is expected to be a top player in the future years. He already has excellent attributes in FM21, underlined by his top physicals. After his record transfer, FM22 is only set to accentuate his attributes, and he can definitely be one of the fastest wingers in the game.

4. Louis D'Arrigo

Louis D'Arrigo is an Australian central midfielder who plays for Adelaide United in the A-League. D'Arrigo is a youth international for Australia and is expected to be a top player for the country in the future. Although he has underwhelming attributes in FM21, D'Arrigo could get an attribute boost in FM22 making him a good prospect for managers playing with teams in the A-League.

5. Maxim Mukhim

Maxim Mukhin is a Russian footballer who plays as a central midfielder for CSKA Moscow. He is already a senior Russian international and was a part of the squad that represented Russia in the recently concluded Euros. Mukhin is quite underrated in FM21, and his attributes could get a good boost in the next instalment of the game.

6. Karim Adeyemi

Karim Adeyemi is a German footballer who plays as a striker/winger for RB Salzburg in the Austrian Bundesliga. Adeyemi was a part of the Bayern youth system, but he parted ways with the club before eventually joining Salzburg in 2018. Recently, Adeyemi got his senior cap for his country and scored on his debut. He has also begun the 2021-2022 season in spectacular fashion with plenty of goals in his opening few games. Adeyemi is one of the top wonderkid prospects of FM21 and could get even better in FM22 which could make him one of the best young players in the game.

7. Arnau Martinez

Arnau Martinez is a Spanish footballer who plays for Girona as a central defender in the Spanish La Liga. A part of the famed La Masia academy in his younger days, Arnau Martinez has been with Girona since 2018. Martinez is the youngest goalscorer in Girona's club history. Although having underwhelming attributes in FM21, Martinez could get improved attributes in FM22.

8. Kaio Jorge

Kaio Jorge is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a striker for Juventus in Serie A. Jorge came through the Santos academy and became the 6th youngest player ever to play for the club. After impressing several European clubs, Jorge eventually signed for Juventus in 2021. Although his attributes are well rounded and decent in FM21, he is expected to get a good boost in FM22 and can turn out to be a prolific striker in the game.

9. Maarten Vandevoordt

Vandevoordt is a Belgian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for KRC Genk in the Belgian league. Vandevoordt is the youngest ever goalkeeper to play in the UEFA Champion's league. In FM21, Vandevoordt develops into one of the best keepers in the game, akin to Thibaut Courtois. His performances in 2021 and growing popularity in FM21 could get to see him have improved attributes in FM22 and could be the best young keeper in the game.

10. Octavian Popescu

Octavian Popescu is a Romanian footballer who plays as a winger for FSCB in the Romanian league. Popescu is considered the brightest prospect in Romanian football currently, with some experts going as far as to compare him with Gheorghe Hagi. Popescu was recently part of the Romanian Olympic football team. Popescu has decent attributes in FM21 which could get much better in FM22, and could be a wildcard winger for many managers.
