The Argentinian wonderkid is one of the best young attacking midfielders in the game. He already has very good stats and will develop into an elite player in most saves. Just one glance at his stats will tell you that he is an exceptional passer and has the ability to beat defenders easily with skills and trickery. Considering that he is available for under £4m, he will be one of the first buys for most FM managers.

He should be a good singing for most tier 1 clubs and will provide great industry on the right side of the pitch.
Some players in the list may already be established internationals while others maybe upcoming stars but it is hard to deny that for price of £5m or lesser they are absolute bargains in the game and will help your side achieve the goals.
