First let me explain which players are Free Agents. Free Agent is a player that has no club, meaning his contract with his previous club has expired and is now available for us to sign without fee, except the one you agree with him on contract negotiations.
Bare in mind that data lock for FM16 was on 8th October, so any player who might now have a club from this list will still be a free agent at the start of your save.
