In the auto-generated FM21 save, Traore had a few really productive seasons at Sassuolo before making the move to Arsenal where he has remained very much a fringe player and resigned to appearances from the bench.
This has no doubt stagnated his growth and he is nowhere near how good he could have been. His performances, however, have remained consistently decent throughout the auto-save but can definitely be much better, especially under a human manager.
His average ratings of under 7 have been largely underwhelming for a player of his calibre but as suggested he can do much better under better supervision and under a human manager.
