Callum Hudson-Odoi is one of the best young English wonderkid players in FM2021. He is a natural dribbler who is very fast and agile. His flair and technique also make him very unpredictable and a hard man to mark.
Hudson-Odoi’s career in our FM 21 autosave has been nothing short of a disaster. He has struggled to get any actual game time at Chelsea but has remained with the club throughout the 10 seasons. He has also been plagued by several injuries which have been detrimental to his growth.
Most of his appearances have also been substitute cameos and he has chipped in with the odd goal here and there. In 2030, he is now a free agent and his stats have declined steeply, some of his attributes worse than what they were at the start of the save. It is painfully evident that Odoi will definitely perform better under a human manager especially if managed better.
Surprisingly, his average ratings have been quite decent despite his lack of gametime. This goes to show that with regular football and if his injuries are managed better, Hudson-Odoi will be an asset for most sides and FM Managers who are especially managing English clubs will definitely relish the prospect of managing him.
