Peter Hermann is an experienced assistant manager who is one of the best in the game. His best attributes are his ability to read player potential and player ability and he has a respectable man management score as well making him very competent for the role of an Assistant manager. He also makes a very able coach with high mental and tactical ratings and overall very decent stats. He has had several coaching jobs around Germany and has been a part of no less than 6 clubs in the Bundesliga with his last job being the assistant manager of Bayern Munich. He will be a great addition and will be readily available for most big clubs since he is unemployed currently. But do keep in mind that he is 67 years old and will be retiring pretty soon in the game which will leave a gap in the position once again.

Considering how works for a lower tier club it is also quite easy to acquire his services. He also happens to make an amazing coach with some of the best coaching stats in game and should be an amazing addition to any side especially if you are managing an English side.

A Mainstay in Manchester City, Kidd has served in various roles for the clubs under a host of different managers. He is highly experienced and is one of the best coaches in the English Premier League. Despite his current role is that of a coach, he has the required attributes to be an able assistant manager with high JPP, JPA & a good man management attribute. He also makes for one of the best coaches in the game and excels at working with youngsters. One of the few cons is that he has a strong bond with Manchester City and might not be able to lure him away from the club that easily and is also quite aged and could be retiring very soon.
