Same as in the previous versions of Football Manager you can find very good players in FM16 from Czech Republic. I chose ten players from the Czech First Division and all of them could play in the bigger league.

"The clubs from bigger European leagues could find many good players there for low prices. It's big advantage for them to come here and buy our own players." These are words of Zdeněk Ščasný, the Head Coach of AC Sparta Prague. And he is right.
You can find many quality players in the Czech First Division straight at the start of the new save before 2015/2016 season for low prices.

Ladislav Krejčí - AC Sparta Prague
Probably the most expensive player from this list. He is Sparta Prague academy graduate, he played for all youth national teams and he is also the member of EURO 2016 squad.
Quick and technically very good player who is wanted by many European clubs during previous seasons. He is linked with Ajax or Newcastle this summer. His value is 2.7M at the start of the 2015/2016 season. His best position is AML as a Winger but he can play as ML too.

He could develop in very good central defender in short time and if you give him an ideal individual training he will be your central defender number 1 for many years.

Simon Deli - SK Slavia Prague
We will continue with another central defender. Simon Deli is 23-years-old defender who can play also as Defensive Midfielder. He has 3 caps for Ivory Coast National Team and he is 192cm tall.
He is very strong and it's very hard to beat him in one on one tackle. His value is only 400K and you could buy him around 1M what is bargain.

Ruslan Mingazov - FK Jablonec
Very interesting player for your attacking options. He can play as M/AMLR but his strongest position is Attacking Midfielder (Right). His best rated role is Inside Forward but as you can see on screenshot he is also good as Advanced Playmaker or Raumdeuter and Winger.
He is from Turkmenistani and is still only 23-years-old and his value is 525K. When I signed him for AC Sparta Prague he became the best player of Europa League next season.

Aleš Čermák - AC Sparta Prague (on-loan at Mladá Boleslav)
This midfielder is one of the best central midfielder you could buy from Czech First Division. He is only 20-years-old and he can play as CM but I recommend you to play him as AMC with Shadow Striker role.
He is Sparta Prague player from the childhood but he was on-loan in other Czech clubs during previous season and during 2015/2016 season he was one of three key players of FK Mladá Boleslav (finished 4th in the Czech First Division and won the Domestic Cup). He will be back in Sparta in real life before 2016/2017 season but in FM16 he is on-loan in Boleslav.
If you give him a lot of playing time he will be your best midfielder with many assists and goals too.
