Sergio Gomez: Career History until 2031
Sergio Gomez: FM22 Wonderkid Review
Gomez is amongst the best wonderkid fullbacks in Football Manager 2022.
Gomez's career in our FM22 save has been interesting. Excelling at Anderlecht and in the Belgian league, Gomez had attracted interest from several big clubs but decided to join Bayern. Interestingly, he has been retrained as a midfielder during this time. This has actually proved to be detrimental to his career as he was never really able to cement his place in the side, neither as a fullback nor as a midfielder. After spells at Roma, Newcastle and Porto, Gomez finds himself in the Premier League once again with Brighton.
His average ratings have been consistent throughout the autosave and he has performed better as a left back rather than a midfielder. If your tactics rely on crosses from fullbacks, Gomez could be your goto guy in this edition of the game.
