Born in Leicestershire, Thomas joined the Leicester academy in 2008 and has been with the club since. Working his way up the ranks, Thomas made his senior debut in July 2020. He went on to sign a contract extension with the club the same year. Currently regarded as one of the top young fullbacks in England, Thomas is on the radar of quite of few English clubs. He is yet to play for the English senior side but has done so for several youth sides, most recently the English U21s.
