Here's a list of Wonderkids you should consider signing while managing in England in Football Manager 2021 to help out with any player restrictions after the Brexit occurs.
Finding out who the wonderkids are is the favourite part for most players when managing a team in Football Manager. While some of the wonderkids can already be established and have contracts with the top clubs, there are quite a few hidden gems to discover.
This article will introduce six young players from England who have high potential abilities and deserve proper scouting in your FM21 saves.
Nohan Kenneh, Leeds United U23s, DM
Kenneh currently plays for Leeds U23s, and you could probably buy him for less than £22m at the start of the game. Nohan is a target for several Premier League teams, so placing an early bid before anyone else will drastically increase your chances of signing this young defensive midfielder. Kenneh won't have high wage demands so he can be a good option for most mid-high tier clubs.
Reiss Nelson, Arsenal, AM (RL)
Reiss Nelson hasn't found his form in Arsenal yet; but still, the potential is there. If you were to give him time to develop and play him correctly, he could go on to be one of the best players in your FM 2021 save. Of course, a player of his calibre will cost a hefty transfer fee, and you could end paying a sum of £81m for his signature. Nevertheless, Nelson should be topping your shortlist, and if the opportunity arises, do everything to sign him.
Karamoko Dembélé, Celtic FC U18s, AM (R)
Karamoko Dembele had already made himself known with his U-20 première for Celtic when he was only thirteen years old. Several big teams are looking after him, but he is yet to make a move. This gives you time and a fighting chance to try and sign this brilliant young winger. Dembele won't cost you a fortune, so he is worth keeping an eye on, and if you happen to have £14m in your transfer budget, try and capture his signature.
Matty Longstaff, Newcastle, MC
The 20-year-old will be available to you for around £23m, but he is worth every penny. Longstaff is a player you should add to your roster if you are looking for a tireless box to box midfielder. Given proper mentorship, training and playtime, Matty can develop into a world-class player in Football Manager 2021.
Jack Clarke, Tottenham U23s, AM (R)
Clarke is a great player to increase your squad's depth, and he can even be a leading player in a Championship team. Also, Tottenham are willing to loan him out for his salary. If you are on a low budget and looking for a quick winger without any transfer fee involved, Clarke can do the job for you.
Teden Mengi, Manchester United U23s, DC
This 18-year-old centre-back can be the perfect fit for your defence if you are managing a lower league side. Notwithstanding Mengi's low heading attribute, his physicals and other defensive attributes make up for it. Mengi can be a brilliant signing for your team on FM 21, and you could sign him on loan for less than one thousand pounds a week.
