Career history stats
Bright Chilean prospect, and a Man UTD player Angelo Henriquez, surprisingly turned out to be a top class striker once developed in Football Manager 2014. Alex Ferguson had ‘few’ flops in his transfer history, likes as Erik Djemba Djemba, Kleberson, Bebe, Mark Bosnich etc. And we honestly thought that Angelo would continue the tradition, at least in Football Manager, but he has surfaced despite our doubts.
At the start of the game, you may notice that he has fairly poor Technical attributes, except for his Finishing (14), and Heading (14). So surely he doesn’t look as a top class striker material. But his solid Mental attributes, mainly Determination (16) and Work Rate (14) had allowed him to be so well developed.
So, once he develops, you can expect from him goals galore season after season. His technical attributes that are his main weakness have developed dramatically, and enabled him to become one of the best scorers in the game. We see the biggest development with the following attributes; Corners (16), Free Kick Taking (19), and Penalty Taking (18). His mental and physical attributes are also very well developed, which is definitely commendable.
It should also be noted that Angelo does not score only for the club, but also has excellent statistics when it comes to national goals. He managed to score 56 goals in 83 caps for Chile, simply remarkable.
When it comes to the transfer, unfortunately, it is impossible to bring him at the start of the game. The reason is that Man UTD sent him on a one-year loan to a Spanish club Zaragoza. Unfortunately, we can not tell you what would be the price of the transfer, because frankly we have not managed to bring him to clubs we managed.
