Relive and change the history with some of the biggest footballing legends of all time, players such as Didier Drogba, Ronaldinho, Paul Scholes, Francesco Totti, Roy Maakay, Thierry Henry, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Alessandro Del Piero, Kaka, Paolo Maldini, Andrea Pirlo and many, many more legends of the beautiful game.
Everything in this custom retro FM 2020 database has been reverted back to the year 2006. All the leagues are as they where back in '06 season, with all the players and the teams as they were back then.
Player attributes are copied from Football Manager 2007 (2006/07 season), so now you'll have the chance to train and manage all the legends from the beginning of the century in the latest edition of Football Manager, FM20.
Some of the fun challenges awaiting with this great database is taking over Juventus in Serie B after them being relegated due to the calciopoli scandal, or maybe take on West Ham side with Javier Mascherano and Carlos Tevez in the ranks. In France there's the legendary six times in a raw champions Lyon. In La liga there are the Real Madrid Galacticos against Barcelona team which has Ronaldinho who's tutoring a wonderkid back then, Leo Messi.
Club finances, transfer budgets, and player values have been rolled back as well and reflect the situation back in 2006.

2006/07 Database download and setup instructions
To get the 2006/07 retro database for FM20, you will need to either become a Patreon or donate to Mad Scientist via PayPal.
Minimal donation is only 1$, which compared to the effort needed to make this vast database is minuscule.
After you've donated at least 1 USD, you will receive the database along with the installation instructions linked to your PayPal account which you've used to make a donation.
Database is sent manually so please allow for a few moments for database to reach you.

- After you download the database file, move it to the folder located:
- WINDOWS OS: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020/games
Mac OS: User/ »Username »/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020/games
Now you'll need to start Football Manager 2020 and from the start screen Load Game menu select the 2006 07 DB and hit Load
When the game loads simply add your manager and select whichever club you want to manage from the available leagues from this retro database.
