How to install facepack in FM 2014
First off, what is a facepack? Facepack is basically premade pack of cut out player face pictures, that you can add to your game. SI doesn’t have such large amount of league licenses, so many player face pictures are missing in the game.
Best and the largest facepack on the scene currently, is for sure from our sister site SortitouSI. Website dedicated to game graphics, with lots of contributors that help in making such a large and quality pack.
Once you’ve downloaded their facepack, via torrent or some other way, you’ll need to unpack the files.
Once unpacked, move the files to this path if you use Windows platform:
C:\ Users \ <username> \Documents \Sports Interactive \Football Manager 2014 \ graphics \
Or this path, if you’re on Mac platform:
/ Users / <username> / Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2014 / graphics /
Please note that if there is no ‘Graphics’ folder at this destination, simply right click in the folder > make new folder > name it ‘Graphics’ (without the quotations).
Now start your FM 2014
Once in the game, go to: ‘Preferences’ > ‘Interface’ > click on ‘Clear Cache’ button > thick ‘Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences’ > hit ‘Reload Skin’
And that is it! You’re new facepack is added to the game, simply start playing and enjoy in your new FM 2014 aesthetic look.
