Time to continue our daily #featureroulette round-up from Sports Interactive. We have for you six new features that have been announced.
Some great new features have been announced today by Sports Interactive and Miles Jacobson, studio director of SI. Tell us which one you liked the best.
As we said in previous posts, but for anyone who missed them, feature roulette is set by Sports Interactive via their twitter account, where their followers randomly pick a number from 1-1000, and and they’ll pick one & tease the corresponding feature.
FM14 Features (26.8.2013.)
Train players to develop as leaders.
Awesome new feature when it comes to player development in Football Manager. Does this mean that there is an option to train influence or is it more advanced, maybe ppm-like? We’ll have to wait and see.
PIK loans added.
A PIK (Payment In Kind) loan is a type of loan which typically does not provide for any cash flows from borrower to lender between the drawdown date and the maturity or refinancing date, not even interest or parts thereof (see mezzanine loan), thus making it an expensive, high-risk financing instrument. Once again, how will this work in FM14? We’ll have to wait and see.
Refs now retire, and new ones appear.
It’s the small things that make this game so realistic, and by adding this new feature in FM14, they’ve made it a lot more realistic. Nice one lads.
Split 1st and 2nd half shot analysis .
Useful, nothing special thou.
Marker in financial projection graph to indicate where the club are in relation to the budget.
This should be amusing to see for some clubs.
MLS Transfer revamp.
If you’re an MLS type of guy, then this feature will truly come in handy in FM14.
