This article is created solely for you, the fans, the lovers, the nutters, the addicts of Football Manager game series. Soon, we don’t know definitely yet, but somewhere in November probably, Football Manager 2014 will come out, and here we have a list of what you fans want to be changed in it.
Just to sort things out first, these are not official changes that will be made in FM14, but yours wish list. Football Manager Blog as an Sports Interactive approved affiliate fan site, will have a saying in the new features that will be made in the latest version of Football Manager, so this is yours best opportunity to be heard by the side of the makers of the ‘Greatest Job In The World’.

Football Manager 2014 New Features Wish List
Closer relationship with assistant manager with assistants able to be trained up by the manager and able to be headhunted by other clubs to become their manager.
Holiday settings more in depth for the online players.
Ability to manage Club under 18's and Reserves, go from backroom staff to world class.
Thailand Language and Thai premiere league.
MLS and Greek League for FM14 Handheld.
Awarding the player who was poorest in training a yellow Jersey award each week as an incentive to try hard and to improve Morale at the club.
An editor allowing players of the game to design football strips for their club.
Ability to criticise clubs and players in interview e.g. if a club rejects a reasonable offer.
Ability to offer senior players a playing contract and a coaching contract for when their career ends.
Option to use money taken from fines i.e. from fining a player for bring sent off etc. and donating that money to charity etc.
More options for coaches/managers to interact in the game, coaching courses etc. available.
Any possibility of having a legends option where you can play as the manager of a particular team from a particular time, like the Lisbon lions of 1967 the Man United team that won the treble in 99 etc.
Able to state languages spoken upon manager creation without having to set a country as your nationality. Up to 3 languages. “Find it confusing when a lad doesn't understand a word of English and yet responds to your team talks when you can only speak English.”
Able to set another team as your favourite if you've managed there for an especially long time and then move to another club. Over 5 seasons let's say or you vastly increase their reputation.
Get rid of the ridiculously high interest charges on clubs when you are earning mega bucks.
To be able to loan player out for 2 season, i.e. what happen with Courtois and Bojan.
All star cup in Malaysia, Malaysia XI team vs. Chelsea and other club such as Barcelona every year.
Ability to loan back a player instantly after signing for your team, i.e. Zaha was loaned back to crystal palace after he signed for Man Utd. Not just the option to delay the transfer.
Former players should become media pundits (i.e. Gary Neville).
Option that players can also give post-match interviews.
Managers use the same backroom staff at every job (i.e. Mark Hughes uses Mark Bowen).
More of a say and feedback in the expansion of your stadium and training grounds/academy. Be able to ask the boards if you could expand a smaller stand or change the layout.
Agents for managers. E.g. Laudrup-Tutumlu affair with Swansea. Have bigger Clubs declare unofficial interest to the agent and use the agent to comment on thing in the media. If a club is not ambitious enough ( board room refusing things) use the agent to slam them in the media, and then be able to dismiss rumours. Also hire/fire agents.
Ability to spend your manager salary on something.
Bring back the possibility to create new nations in Editor (not just to replace defunct nations, but new inputs in database)
Option of having a "Derby Page" that contains a lot of information about a derby match (ex. : El clasico),like : "all time top goalscorers","all time winning team" and more...
Bring back the old training system to the game, as it was in FM12, so you have the ability to mould a young talent into the type of player you wanted.
Implement the correct qualifying structure for Oceania.
Ability to see player names and numbers on their jerseys during match play
Manager view can be added, similar to a camera view in order to watch a match in the shoes of a manager, that is from the dugout.
Ability to do transfer negotiations like you do contracts if a club is willing - happens IRL (e.i. Tevez to Juventus)
Option for commentary for FM14, like Martin Tyler and Alan Smith or Rob Hawthorne etc..
Ability to pick or given an option of the third kit when the club gets a new shirt sponsor (different colour or layout).
To use the Control + A shortcut on free transfers from teams, as you can only use it on internationals at the moment.
Improvement of the current transfer system, better negotiation process.
