Our pro manager Neso, is playing with Leicester City for some time now and he said for this training to be the best possible for lower league clubs he ever made.
Now this are his words: "This is the best training schedule for any lower league club there is. I was trying out a lot of different versions of this training and after quite some time I managed to put all the pieces together. Players from my first team waere all happy with their training regime, and the younger ones in the first team started to progress quite good, and if I wasn't humble I'd say great. ;) And my youth team started to develop some excellent players as well. So all in all I have to be immodest and say this is by far the best training schedule out on the web right now."
