So as we played Football Manager 2012 DEMO for more than a week now, we finally found some time to write a new post, between our video making and FM playing, about the new FM. So the thoughts are mostly positive, but there is (in our opinion) some room for corrections.
-Firstly let's say this is the most user friendly Football Manager by far
Why? Because there are so many useful shortcuts made in this FM that made it faster, easier, and ''noob friendly''. So if you think of starting playing Football Manager, you should definitely start with this one.
-The info icon
One thing we all agreed that is great is the info icon by every each player your looking in let's say a shortlist. This is awesome for couple of reasons, one of them is this; if you thought of searching for let's say a defensive center back, so you filtered your player search to all unrealistic offers, age, position etc... And the search result provides you with loot's of players by your criteria, and you go: ''Better to send some scouts on this one... -_-'' Well now you don't have to look at each and every player profile to see what attributes they have. You can do that simply by floating over the info icon next to their name, and there will be kinda of a pop out window that shows all the attributes from the selected player, pretty cool and awesome if we may add. But this is also available for staff personnel, what is also awesome. Here is a picture of this great innovation in Football Manager 2012.

-Another great thing in Football Manager 2012 is profile overview of clubs and players
This is also really cool and new interesting feature in FM 2012. Why? because the overview screen shows you all the data that you may want to know about some club or player.
So club overview window shows; club details, league history graph, pending transfers, staff (coach, captain and vice captain), results, kits and stadium info. This is truly great because you don't have to navigate through all the tabs to find all this info anymore, they are all shown to you lazy asses on one screen :)

Of course for ones that don't like this new features it's made possible to disable when clicking on some club or player to open up a profile screen of club or player. You can disable this feature in general preferences.
-Next great thing is the Team Meeting
Imagine you have a really big and important match upcoming, but the moral of your team is low and they need a motivational speech. Now you can do that and not just after or before or during the game, but at anytime you like to call a Team Meeting! Lads from Sports Interactive made it even more interesting, they let you choose a tone you'd like to address with to your players, so we have; Aggressive, Assertive, Passionate, Calm, Cautious and Reluctant. You can imagine how every and each tone effects players.

There truly is few things that bother us in the new Football Manager 2012. But some of them just complicate the gameplay and make you wanna punch the screen -_-' One of this things is the press conference, it's seems to us that they have become even longer and full of bullsh** questions, but hey, there is always an option to send your assistant manager to this shitty happenings. Second thing is all that team talk before the match, really useless thing to add, individual team talk with strikers, goalkeeper, defenders or midfielders??? Why would you want this, your managing a team, not a part of a team, they all should be addressed with the sam team talk before or after the match. And third thing is this; every and each year it seems that the game process had become a little slower, we know it's not just us, because lot's of people say that they are experiencing this problem.
So this would be all from us till the full version of Football Manager 2012 comes out in little more than 2 days. Hope you enjoyed playing the Demo as much as we did.
Till next time, kind regards.
